What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, company, phone number and message you provide. When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, and device and browser type.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you and, if we work together, to administer the engagement. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for seven years in line with Australian business record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.
Who else sees it
Our email provider, our analytics provider and our hosting provider process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and, where you have arrived from an advertisement, for attribution. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
